Boeing Aircraft Group We have contracted a number of projects with Boeing ranging from installation of steel floor plates to installing automated gate systems. Darr Equipment Company This was a large renovation project consisting of demolition, plumbing, electrical, welding, HVAC, Capentry work, floor coatings, and the construction of a filtration system which separated oil and water according to enviornmental specifications. Since this original project we have contacted several more projects and continue to provide them with construction services. Hilti, Inc. As s general contractor we have been providing Hilti with a very wide range of construction services since 1992. These services range from large renovation projects to maintaining and relocating manufacturing equipment. In the recent years we have also performed work in seven different states for Hilti on their retail outlets ranging from floor coatings to Turn Key build outs to Contruction Management Services, and they are still a large part of our client base. Click Here For Photos and Reference Letter Veterans Administration We have done several renovation projects with the V.A. on their hospital in Muskogee, OK beginning in July of 1998. All of these projects were "set-asides" through the SBA's 8(a) program. These projects ranged from small renovation projects to the renovation of an entire wing on the fourth floor. Oklahoma Department of Central Services (Central Purchasing) This project consisted of snack bar renovation at the V.A. centers in Ardmore, OK and Norman, OK for the Oklahoma Department of Visual Services. Oil Dynamics, Inc. As a general contractor we have provided Oil Dynamics with a wide range of construction services since 1993. These services range from large renovation projects to maintaining and relocating manufacturing equipment. Other services included welding, concrete work, and excavation. U.S. Department of Labor This Project was for the fire damage restoration of the male dormitory at the Tulsa Job Corps Center. This contract consisted of demolition, sealant for smoke damage, asbestos and lead abatement, millwork, frame & drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plastering and painting. This project had a strenuous time schedule. The City of Tulsa We presently have a one-year maintenance contract with the City of Tulsa that began in July of 1998 and has an option to renew for two more years. Since we began working under this contract we have provided them with a wide variety of services including millwork, painting, roofing, welding, interior renovation, and concrete. This contract is on a time and material basis. Click Here For Reference Letter The City of Tulsa Parks and Recreation Department Because of our success with our maintenance contract with The City of Tulsa, we ahve begun providing maintenance for the parks department as well. This has been an ongoing relationship on both a time and material and a bid basis. Whirlpool Corporation We have done a number of projects for Whirlpool on their new electric range plant located in Tulsa, OK. These projects have ranged from installing overhead doors in precast walls to fabricating guardrails to interior renovation. Brady Theater This project consisted of the renovation of the performer's dressing rooms back stage. It consisted of demolition, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrade. Lowrance Electronics These projects consisted of complete renovation of their offices, manufacturing area, and clean room. |
